Strawberry Bliss

This summertime treat will not disappoint. If you love strawberries this is your new favorite cookie. We took our classic sugar cookie base, filled it with white chocolate chunks and dried strawberries, but didnt stop there. We made our homemade strawberry ganache and stuffed the middle of the cookie with it. This cookie is not too sweet, its just perfect.
